At Connected Stars, we take pride in offering top-quality support within a harmonious and high-quality environment. We believe in taking a proactive approach to support, focusing on prevention rather than simply reacting to crises. We recognize the importance of understanding triggers, as well as the setting events that led up to them, so that we can help our youth build the skills and confidence they need to navigate challenging situations.

Connected Stars are actively working together with psychiatrists, social workers, Catch 22, CAMHS and other professionals who are involved with our young people.

We currently provide person-centered support for young people with:
Learning difficulties; Gilles de la Tourette's syndrome; Autistic spectrum; attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; attention deficit hyperactivity disorder; Autistic spectrum disorder; Development delays global; Speech/language develop discord; Laxity of ligament wide; Gender Transition; Oppositional defiant disorder; Suicidal tendencies; self-harm; substance misuse.
